I just got off the phone with Kathy at your support center and felt like I had to let someone know about the experience I had.
When I came into the office this morning our printer would not print anything. No matter what I did, it just kept saying "Job Paused" or something like that. Couldn't have been a worse day since it was the last week of the month and our team had to print out all kinds reports.
I called your 800 number and spoke to Kathy. She offered to remote into our network and was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes.
The remote support was incredible! I was worried we would have to wait for someone to come out and fix it.
Last year my boss put me in charge of getting the office a new copier. I had no idea where to begin and found your website online. They put me in touch with John. He stopped by a few days later and went over everything your company offers and delivered a proposal a few days later. I had a few other companies, but no one was as friendly and personable as John.
Our biggest concern was that we wanted a color printer, but were worried about the cost. John showed us how the cost would breakdown and even explained that we could have the device set up with access codes to limit the amount of color prints that would come out.
